Clinical Lead Nurse

Location: Barton on Sea

We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established nursing home in Barton-on-Sea.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to take the next step in their career or further develop their clinical leadership experience within a supportive nursing home environment.

The Role

* Position:
Clinical Lead Nurse

* Hours:

36 hours per week

* Shift Pattern:
Primarily day shifts, with flexibility to cover day and night shifts when required

As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and provide clinical leadership to the nursing and care team.

Requirements

To be considered, you will need:

* A valid NMC registration

* Previous experience working within a nursing home

* Previous clinical leadership experience is desirable

* Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills

* Good leadership and communication skills

* Flexibility to cover both day and night shifts when required

* A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
