Clinical Lead Nurse

We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established nursing home in Barton-on-Sea.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to take the next step in their career or further develop their clinical leadership experience within a supportive nursing home environment.

  36 hours per week
• Shift Pattern:
  Primarily day shifts, with flexibility to cover day and night shifts when required

As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and provide clinical leadership to the nursing and care team.

• A valid NMC registration
• Previous experience working within a nursing home
• Previous clinical leadership experience is desirable
• Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Flexibility to cover both day and night shifts when required
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
