We're recruiting a Logistics Operative to join a professional, clean and well-organised logistics operation in Didcot .Unlike many warehouse roles, this isn't about rushing to hit unrealistic pick targets. It's about working carefully, accurately and safely, ensuring high-quality materials and products are handled correctly for our customers.

Loading, unloading and storing materials safely. Picking and packing customer orders with a high level of accuracy. Processing stock movements using warehouse management systems. Supporting production and customer assembly lines.

Preparing goods for dispatch. Processing returnable packaging and warehouse returns. Delivering materials to local customer sites when required. Maintaining excellent standards of housekeeping, quality and health & safety. What we're looking for Previous warehouse or logistics experience. Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems. A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.

Someone who values quality over rushing the job. Desirable Counterbalance Forklift Licence. Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) experience. Full UK Driving Licence. If you are interested apply directly or call .
