As a Staff Accountant, you will:

• Prepare working papers, financial statements, and supporting documentation
• Assist with compilation, review, and assurance engagements
• Prepare corporate, personal, and trust tax returns
• Support clients with bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting matters
• Analyze financial information and identify opportunities for improvement
• Communicate directly with clients and government agencies as needed
• Participate in special projects and advisory engagements
• Continuously develop your technical and professional skills

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have recently completed a BBA, Bachelor of Commerce, or equivalent degree with a concentration in accounting
• Are pursuing, eligible to pursue, or currently enrolled in the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP)
• Have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn
• Are organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoy working collaboratively while also taking ownership of your responsibilities
• Are comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone and embracing new challenges
