As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the District Director, providing vital support in everyday operations. Candidates should possess a Business Administration degree and three years of relevant experience. Key duties include organizing communications, coordinating schedules, and managing sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director in daily administrative tasks
• Prepare and prioritize all forms of correspondence
• Schedule meetings, travel, and prepare necessary documents
• Maintain organized filing systems and resource materials
• Respond to inquiries and facilitate client interactions
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration
• Minimum three years' administrative experience
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle
Provide essential administrative support and contribute to the success of the Western District team.
