Position: Full-Time Building Cleaner Position

We are seeking a dedicated Building Cleaner to maintain cleanliness in a shopping center or commercial building. This permanent position offers 30 to 36 hours bi-weekly with an hourly rate of $16.75. Candidates should possess a valid WHMIS Certificate and the ability to handle physical tasks, making it suitable for reliable individuals who can work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors

• Vacuum carpets, area rugs, and upholstery

• Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures

• Pick up debris and empty trash containers

• Address basic inquiries about facilities

Requirements:

• WHMIS Certificate required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Client-focused with strong judgment skills

• Own transportation needed

• Must pass a criminal record check
