Additionally, assist in merchandising and train new staff to maintain high-quality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly service to meet customer expectations

• Merchandise the meat area as required

• Maintain CFIA regulations and company standards

• Train new staff on meat department operations

• Assist the Meat Manager as needed

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of department functions

• Ability to work independently in a busy environment

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 12 months of relevant experience
