Experienceoreducationinlaw enforcement, policing,correction,persons with mental health crisisor other specialized environmentsisa strong asset. A sharp eye for detail,ability to effectively document observations,respect for security protocols, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Development of transferable skillsininstitutional securityandprocedural compliance, supporting long-term growth inlaw enforcement or specialized security careers.

• Providecontinuoussurveillanceofpersonsin acontrolledenvironment.
• Perform wellness checksat
  15 minute intervals,in accordance with security standards and procedures.
• Identify and report risk situations or medical concerns.
• Respond professionally, calmly, and in compliance during sensitive situations.
• Accuratelycompleteofficial documentationandobservation reports.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance.
• Clean criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Background in law enforcement, police services, corrections, or care for vulnerable persons is an asset.
• Professionalism, discipline, integrity, and the ability to perform under pressure.
