• NJC pt 8 - 14 (£23,071 - £25,407 per annum, actual salary paid)

The Academy is looking to appoint a self‑motivated and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to improve the social, emotional and mental wellbeing of identified vulnerable students in order to increase their academic outcomes. The role includes working with students with special educational needs and also includes working with students who are hard to reach and may have difficulties with attendance.

To succeed, you will hold a GCSE grade 4/C+ in a range of subjects including English and Maths and have experience of working with the 11‑16 age group.
