Class 2 HGV Multi-Drop Driver; Day Shift

Position: Class 2 HGV Multi-Drop Driver (Day Shift)
Griffins Group is a long-established, family-run transport company based in Tuxford, and due to continued growth we are looking for reliable and professional Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our Logistics Division.

This role involves multi-drop deliveries and collections within the local area, with drivers returning to base daily. We offer stable work, modern vehicles, and a supportive team environment with long-term career opportunities.

The Role

Completing multi-drop deliveries and collections efficiently and safely
Following daily run sheets to customer delivery and collection points
Using a PDA to update delivery information and job progress
Tail lift deliveries using electric pallet trucks
Keeping in regular contact with the Traffic Team throughout the day
Delivering excellent customer service at delivery points
Carrying out vehicle checks and maintaining high driving standards

Full induction and training will be provided.

What We're Looking For

Valid Category C (Class
2) HGV Licence
Valid CPC Card
Digital Tachograph Card
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable and professional attitude
ADR Class 2 licence beneficial but not essential

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
7.15am start
Saturday morning rota approximately 5 times per year
Minimum 4 hours paid for Saturday shifts
Additional Saturday work available if preferred

Work Location:

On the road - returning to Tuxford daily
