Lighthouse Counseling Center is a thriving, faith-based counseling practice, comprised of several
mental health counselors. Our mission is to provide compassionate and comprehensive mental
health services to individuals, couples, and families. We offer a variety of evidence-based
treatments for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma,
sex addiction, and relationship issues.

Role Description and Qualifications

Are you seeking a part-time position where you would use your experience as an Office
Administrative Assistant, performing administrative and clerical duties? Are you ready to
demonstrate your abilities and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite while performing various
office tasks? Do you possess excellent communication skills that would be used in assisting our
clients by providing them with the excellent services they deserve? Applicant must have clerical
and administrative experience. If you are strong in these qualifications, please take the next step

Office Manager

Job Description

The office manager would be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient office operations,
managing administrative tasks, assisting therapists with scheduling, and recordkeeping.
Responsibilities of the Office Manager include:

  • Managing therapists’ calendars
  • Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering phone
  • Routing calls and assisting with inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Filing, data entry, and light bookkeeping
  • Proficient in Word and Excel, familiar with Quick Books
  • Ensuring the office is well maintained and organized
  • Managing office supplies and equipment
  • Organize in-office events to include Workshops, Marketing Events, and staff gatherings
  • Applicant must have clerical experience
