As the Senior Business Analyst, you will oversee a variety of KPIs and financial operations ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. The role will incorporate building tools and reporting templates to accurately analyze, track, and audit data to report to leadership.

• Track, monitor, and audit reporting on a variety of KPIs and financial areas, including, per diem tracking, cost tracking, AR tracking, as well as other areas as determined by leadership.
• Provide business process development support. Analyze and map current processes and make recommendations to increase efficiency.
• Build tools and reporting templates to accurately report data and information to both leadership and operations.
• Work directly with teams to streamline reporting, audit report results, and ensure accuracy and professional presentation of data.
• Ensure appropriate documentation and document controls across a variety of areas and groups.
• Set up and participate in report out meetings, being able to succinctly provide and explain complex data to a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Aid in the review and cost analysis of operating groups, individual projects, and programs.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
• 3-5 years of senior business analytic experience
• High level of attention to detail and analytical skillset
• Professional communication and reporting
• Data analysis and review
