Role
Summary:
The Sales Representative manages the full residential construction sales cycle from lead generation through signed contracts and smooth handoff to Operations. Success is measured by revenue targets, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through networking, prospecting, and events
- Meet monthly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline reports
- Collaborate with estimating and project teams for smooth client transitions
- Build strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of residential construction experience (sales preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and discuss technical details
- Strong record of closing deals and managing client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
