A facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Alexandria, Louisiana.

This facility, with full backup specialties and 42 ED beds, sees an annual volume of 49,500 patients and has a 22% admit rate. EM and FM physicians are accepted, with ATLS required for FM. Physician shift options vary by day, including 7a-5p, 10a-8p, 3p-1a, 4p-12a, and 8p-7a on Mon-Wed, and 7a-5p, 10a-9p, 4p-2a, and 8p-7a Thurs-Sun. NP/PA shifts include 6a-6p, 8a-7p, 12p-11p, and 6p-6a Mon-Fri, and 6a-6p, 9a-9p, and 6p-6a Sat-Sun.

The facility provides 10 hours of daily scribe coverage, uses Meditech EMR, and offers comprehensive support for emergency care.
