A facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Shreveport, Louisiana.

This emergency medicine position offers 10- or 11-hour shifts with physician coverage from 7 AM-6 PM, 12 PM-11 PM, and 8 PM-7 AM, alongside 24-hour APP coverage and scribe support. The ED sees an average of 93-98 patients per day. Candidates must be BC/BE in Emergency Medicine with at least 2 years of ED experience, and must hold an active Louisiana license and DEA.

The EMR used is Meditech, and paid training and orientation are provided.
