• Layout and design of HVAC systems for heavy industrial clients.
• Develop design criteria for HVAC systems, including general comfort heating/cooling, temperature or humidity control, unique pressurization, and cleanliness requirements for clean room applications.
• Develop conceptual and preliminary design documents with calculations, Air Flow Diagrams (AFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and general arrangements.
• Produce final design documents, including specifications, sequences of operation, duct/piping layouts, and construction documents for systems such as chilled water and cooling water.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and interfacing teams.

• Professional Engineering License.
• At least ten (10) years’ experience in the design of HVAC systems for industrial facilities.
• Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to HVAC design.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced team with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to lead a building mechanical team on a project and collaborate with other discipline team members remotely.

• Revit, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D.
• Experience in the design of plumbing/utility systems.
