What Will You Do?
We are seeking a talented BAS/BMS Controls Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will:
Develop code to control mechanical devices for ventilation, steam, chilled water, hot water, and humidification systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues by identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support, including system set‑up, check‑out, operation, and performance verification.
Make recommendations for equipment and system modifications to optimize energy efficiency, reliability, and performance.
Respond to emergency conditions to restore system operation and neutralize alarms.
Collaborate with project managers, customers, consultants, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
What Qualifications Will Make You Successful?Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proven experience with BMS/BAS control systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, flow charts, and control sequences across multiple software platforms.
Strong analytical skills to develop innovative solutions for complex control sequences and operational challenges.
Excellent customer service and communication skills for working with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Strong computer skills and technical aptitude.
Knowledge of control devices, sensing, and actuating systems.
Willingness to learn and stay current with rapidly changing technology and applications.
