B. Freeman School of Business plays a crucial role in fostering student success and facilitating positive career outcomes for both undergraduate and graduate students. The consultant equips students with lifelong career skills, guiding them in developing strong career strategies to secure internships and full-time positions. The role also involves facilitating career education programs each semester and collaborating with a dynamic team of career consultants and employer engagement specialists.
- Foster student success through personalized career coaching, guidance, and strategy development.
- Equip students with essential lifelong career skills, including resume development, interview preparation, networking, and job search strategies.
- Offer one-on-one and group coaching sessions to address individual career goals and challenges.
- Facilitate career education programs focusing on practical application and personal growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, recruiters, faculty, alumni, and other stakeholders.
- Collect and report student engagement and outcomes data according to university and professional standards.
- Collaborate with employer engagement specialists to develop partnerships with potential employers.
- Contribute to team initiatives aimed at enhancing career services and student outcomes.

- Bachelor’s Degree with at least five years of relevant experience, OR
- Master’s Degree with at least three years of relevant experience.
- International business experience and language proficiency.
- Experience in corporate talent acquisition or a professional network.
- Professional certification in career coaching or management.
