Being a Recruiter is having your own business within a business. You will learn the vital art of rainmaking, the ability to generate business and unlimited income for yourself. You will make a difference to clients and their potential employees while at the same time making an income most people can only dream of.

You must be up for a challenge! This is hard work! This is a long‑term relationship driven B2B sales job. You must be curious, able to overcome rejection with consistent persuasion, trainable, coachable, passionate, and have a desire to succeed. Prior experience in B2B business development is helpful but not necessary. Highly driven recent college graduates are highly encouraged to apply!

You will be coached and developed by veteran Recruiters who combined have brought in millions of dollars of revenue. With training and execution, you will realistically earn $60,000–$80,000 (or more) in your first year. Average earnings for individuals with more than two years of experience are over $98,000!
