You’ll lead Service Now Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client‑visible role where you’ll motivate and develop your team, establish and maintain client relationships, and grow your consulting and leadership skills.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
- Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
- Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
- Create high‑quality deliverables, project artifacts, and documentation.
- Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
- Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now ITOM/CMDB process implementations.
- Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.
- Support waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk logs.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar.
- 2‑4 years of relevant Service Now ITOM/CMDB project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of 2 additional Service Now certifications (e.g., Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).
- 3+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
- Experience leading and supervising teams.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Ability to travel to meet client needs.
- Service Now ITSM, HAM or SAM certification.
- Performance analytics and reporting experience.
- Experience with Service Now AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

What We Offer You- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $102,500 to $187,900 in the U.S., adjusted for specific regions.
