Responsibilities- Manage data analytics projects for KPMG’s Talent & Culture (T&C) function and four business functions, while developing strong relationships with C‑Suite internal stakeholders.
- Take ownership and participate in all aspects of client deliverables, from identifying stakeholder needs to producing final presentations and reports, and presenting findings to C‑Suite.
- Communicate findings effectively through Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, both verbally and in written form.
- Develop project‑based Power BI dashboards or reports to enhance user experience, consolidate and modernize data, and derive meaningful insights.
- Execute a broad range of data and analytic techniques as directed by KPMG executive leadership and the T&C Data Analytics team’s strategy, while upholding a respectful and courteous work environment.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in data analytics, people analytics, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required; master’s degree in a quantitative field strongly preferred.
- Superior analytical skills with experience in Power BI; at least five years of experience in Power BI or strategy analytics.
- Experience presenting findings by weaving data into a compelling narrative to drive business insights and outcomes; strong communication skills to explain analytics-driven findings to business people, including C‑level executives.
- Excellent SQL skills with Oracle/SQL Server/Data Bricks; experience with ETL processes such as Alteryx, SSIS.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment‑based visa sponsorship.
