Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage attorneys' calendars, scheduling appointments, deadlines, and court dates.
  • Serve as a backup for the front desk, which includes handling faxing, scanning, and other clerical duties as needed.
  • Accurately enter billable time for attorneys into our timekeeping system.
  • Save and name documents appropriately in Worldox, ensuring all files are organized and easily accessible.
  • Transcribe dictation accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transcriptions are completed in a timely manner
