In Home Healthcare LVN:
High Acuity (Day shifts) — Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for Aveanna Healthcare.
Location:
New Orleans.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 2:45p–9:45p or 8:00a–4:00p;
Saturday and Sunday 8:00a–4:00p. This role focuses on high-acuity home health care for a very special client/patient. Training available for acuity needs as described.
- Provide compassionate, client-centered home health care for a high-acuity case.
- Care for a client with feeding tube and tracheostomy/vent needs; training available if required.
- Collaborate with local Aveanna office teams to coordinate care and documentation.
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component);
Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire, if necessary. - TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
- Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
