Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide excellent care to our patients. As an LPN, you will be part of a team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of care. Your primary role is to provide basic nursing care and assist with patient care activities, including monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, providing treatments, and educating patients and families.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health issues and provide appropriate care and advice
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Assist physicians with examinations and procedures
  • Collect patient health histories
  • Educate patients and families about health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families
  • Monitor and order medical supplies and medications
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of an accredited LPN program
  • 1–2 years of hospital or clinic experience preferred
