Appraises real estate properties independently for dispute resolution, mortgage underwriting, acquisition/disposition, portfolio analysis, estate purposes, and other uses.

• Prepare complete appraisal reports independently on complex properties, collaborating with senior staff and reviewing reports.
• Conduct appraisals, evaluating commercial properties to establish market value.
• Make independent decisions and judgments for complex properties.
• Inspect properties.
• Complete formal review responses with guidance if needed.
• Engage in client meetings.
• Write formal rebuttal letters.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations, zoning laws, and appraisal standards.
• Use relevant software programs.
• Stay familiar with necessary data sources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in real estate, economics, finance, or related fields; MS or MBA preferred.
• State Certified General Appraiser License.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in commercial real estate appraisal.
• Experience in writing appraisal reports and reviews for complex properties.
• Understanding of valuation concepts, terminology, and property tax processes.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
