Store Manager, Barista

Restaurant Management and or Barista experience preferred, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be fun, high energy, able to lead by example, polite, and customer service focused. You will be trained as a barista, a shift lead, and then a manager within 2 months.

Duties include motivating your team, meeting COGS and Labor % goals, scheduling, managing inventory, placing orders for food/beverage deliveries, ensuring the team has everything they need to reach company goals, cash handling, and creating social media posts.

Compensation: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
