Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations across front‑ and back‑of‑house to ensure smooth, guest‑centric service
  • Hire, train, coach, and retain top‑performing team members and managers
  • Drive sales and profitability through labor management, cost controls, and financial analysis
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and upscale environment aligned with brand expectations
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a focus on long‑term loyalty
  • Champion company policies and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Partner with the culinary team to ensure food quality and presentation meet brand standards
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale‑casual or polished casual dining environment
  • Proven leadership, team development, and P&L management skills
  • Strong understanding of operational procedures and guest service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with POS and restaurant management systems
  • Serv Safe and alcohol certification preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
