Design Consultant – Baton Rouge/New Orleans Area

Spring’s Window Fashions focuses on creating the Best Experience for associates, customers, and partners. As a Design Consultant you will generate revenue by driving and managing profitable sales of our leading brands and Best Experience services.

• 85% – Conduct in‑home sales consultations; assist customers with window covering selections, facilitate in‑home quoting and order submission.
• 10% – Work closely with Big Box Retailers – educate, motivate, and train staff; support relationships with a Springs Field Sales Representative and Window Treatment Installer.
• 5% – Communication and Planning; travel within an assigned territory to close sales for custom shutters, blinds, and shades.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent accepted.
• 1–3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Inspiring and persuasive communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent soft personal skills and ability to influence a broad range of people.
• Proficient with MS Office, mobile devices, email, CRM, and new applications.
• Valid driver’s license required.
