Seeking Experienced Business Development Account Manager
Moxie Media (), a leading developer of eLearning training programs and supplier of Learning Management Systems for the Maritime, Oil and Gas, and other regulated industries is seeking to hire a full‑time experienced sales professional to service the Gulf Coast and national market. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

With the recent tremendous growth in our business due to companies utilizing our platform to meet survey and audit requirements of Sub M, RCP, API and USCG, Moxie is looking for maritime or oil and gas sales professionals to join our team.

- Proactively contact clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Manage relationships with existing and new clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law‑established rules and guidelines.
- Work with all other departments of the business as relevant to ensure excellent service delivery to clients.
- Understand the O&G, Maritime, and Other Industrial markets.
- Assess the market to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Participate, on behalf of the company, in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate and close deals; proactively manage complaints or objections.
- Gather insight from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Enter all sales data into CRM and make sure it is kept current and up to date.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Proficiency in English.
- Market knowledge.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills.
- BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
