We invite compassionate individuals to support residents in a skilled nursing facility by providing safe environments, emotional and social support, and direct care in accordance with residents’ care plans.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide a safe environment, give emotional and social support, and attend to residents’ physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting. You will perform direct care to residents as assigned, following care plans and directives from supervisors. Additional duties may be assigned by community representatives. You must adhere to health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state in which you work, or otherwise possess the requirements to work as a Nursing Assistant under the laws of that state.

  Up to $20.25 per hour, including shift differential for night shift
