Additional Compensation- Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, Closing.
Food and Consumable associates focus on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
