Seeking a motivated sales professional capable of growing market share by developing successful, long-term relationships with both prospective accounts and our established, loyal customer base.
This territory has incredible growth potential. You will be covering a 2-4 county region.
We offer a total dealership package, including parts, service, body shop, extended warranty, finance, leasing and rental.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow market share by building and maintaining long-term relationships with prospective accounts and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate features, benefits, and solutions.
Manage territory effectively, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales with all levels of customers from fleet executives to single owner-operators.
Coordinate with parts, service, and financing teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Qualifications- Previous B2B sales experience required, preferably in the truck, heavy equipment, automotive or related fields.
- Familiarity with Stark County and surrounding areas preferred.
- Ability to uncover customer needs in a consultative manner and match those needs with features/benefits of products.
- Ability to close sales with all levels of customers from fleet executives to single owner-operators.
- Some college education preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude is a definite plus.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding time management and organization.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and email.
- Experience managing leads and opportunities within a customer database or CRM system (ACT, Goldmine, Salesforce, etc.).
- Local protected territory.
- Large stock inventory of equipment.

Compensation:
$50,000-$60,000 per year
