We are seeking an exceptional entrepreneur to become our newest Shelter Insurance Agent in New Philadelphia, OH.

At Shelter, we do not require previous insurance industry experience. We look for a motivated attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong communication skills. Sales experience and a degree in general business are helpful but not necessary. We provide in‑house and virtual training, industry education, and ongoing support.

• Develop prospects and sell Shelter products within your agency.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
