Hiring Part-Time Web Design Project Manager

, a leader in website, search marketing, and graphic design, is hiring a part-time Website Design Project Manager to work remotely and oversee the development of custom-built Word Press websites. This person will work with clients via phone and email throughout the entire website development process and oversee a team of developers who will build the website and publish the clients’ content.
has developed a proven process, a suite of proprietary tools, and a fantastic team that enables us to create amazing Word Press websites customized to each client’s goals and style. We expect to spend 3-6 months training the Project Manager on our tools and processes until they become proficient with them. The Project Manager does NOT need to understand the technical aspects of website design like HTML coding, Word Press installation, theme development or graphic design.
Qualifications:
- Enjoys interacting with clients and team members.
- Is a great communicator and understands that communicating with clients and OCC team members is just as important as the projects themselves.
- Is very organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and can manage many multi-step projects at the same time.
- Has a general understanding of modern website functionality and how search engines work.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work 15 - 20 hours per week during US Eastern Time business hours.
- Must have a quiet home workspace that includes high-speed internet and a Windows 11 computer, Mac, or iMac that is fast and in good working order.
- Must have 1 year of experience managing clients/projects.
Compensation &
Hours:
The position is as a part-time employee, 15-20 hours per week, with the potential to increase hours and possibly grow into a full-time position. Compensation is $20-$25/hr during training and $25-$35/hr after training depending on experience. The position includes 8 paid holidays (4 hours per holiday) and 2 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO). There are no health care or retirement benefits.
