• Attend product and sales training.
• Close a minimum of 10% of leads received.
• Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries about product availability, pricing, and payments.
• Identify customer needs and assist them in selecting a vehicle.
• Schedule appointments for internet and walk-in customers.
• Coordinate internet promotions with dealership sales promotions and advertising.
• Maintain a current customer database for repeat business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Call Center/Telephone Sales/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Internet sales or sales experience in any industry preferred.
• Bi-lingual is a definite PLUS!
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and good with computers.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus!
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
