This is a full-time on-site role for a Repairer “Tech” located in New Port Richey, FL. The Repairer will be responsible for performing general repair tasks, including carpentry, flooring installation, and woodworking. Daily tasks will involve assessing and diagnosing repair needs, carrying out necessary repairs or improvements, and ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in general contracting, carpentry, and handyman services
• Skills in flooring installation and woodworking
• Ability to assess and diagnose repair needs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or training in construction or repair work are a plus
