We are seeking a dedicated Psychometric Rater to join a leading clinical research organization. This site-based role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in psychometric assessments and research, who is passionate about contributing to high-quality clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and score psychometric assessments accurately and consistently.

Conduct evaluations in alignment with study protocols and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with clinical research staff to support data collection and analysis.

Maintain strict adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and internal procedures.

Ensure all assessments and participant interactions are completed with the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Psychometric Rater.

Research experience is a plus.

Licensure: MA (required).

Certifications:

GCP (required).

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work within established protocols.

Successful completion of background and drug screenings.
