Location:
Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living, a 20‑acre continuing‑care retirement community in New Providence, New Jersey.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide clinical care to residents in the neighborhood according to nursing standards of practice, the board of nursing, and Erickson Senior Living standards.

Per Diem
Compensation & Referral BonusBetween $27.61 and $37.62 per hour, commensurate with experience.
$500.00 Referral Bonus!
How You Will Make An Impact- Develop relationships with residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach that supports the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, placing the resident first.
- Assess, observe, and evaluate residents’ clinical condition, document findings in the resident electronic medical record, and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.
- Update or modify care plans as needed to reflect any changes to a resident’s care and service needs.
- Supervise and lead care associates.
- Administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
- Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
- Respond to residents, families, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in the review of clinical indicator reviews – falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by the RN clinical leader.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long‑term care (preferred).
- Licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Licensed Practical Nurse (required).
- CPR certification (required).
- A passion to care for seniors and serve as a strong resident advocate.
- Experience with electronic medical records (preferred).
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
