ResponsibilitiesManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during each shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness. Shift Managers plan shifts, monitor performance, take action to maintain McDonald’s standards, manage safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the incoming Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth transition.
They may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and supporting department goals.
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules, a fun attitude and a passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Age 18 or older is required. Key traits include a commitment to excellence and safety, strong customer service focus, effective communication, and the ability to make decisions in a fast‑paced setting.
