Our maintenance technician team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring equipment runs optimally while maintaining the facility. Maintenance mechanics/technicians are respected, versatile team members, performing mechanical and/or fabrication updates and using their knowledge to continuously improve production processes. If you are a creative problem‑solver who perseveres through challenging equipment repairs, or are willing to learn, we want to talk with you.

• Competitive wages based on experience
• Preventative Maintenance Season (November – May):
  Four 10’s, Monday – Thursday
• Production Season (July – November): 12‑hour shift, 4 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule (2nd Shift)
• Non‑Production Season (December – June):
  Mon‑Thursday/4, 10‑hour days

• Repair and maintain a wide variety of food processing machinery and conveyors
• Work with fabrication, installation of equipment, hydraulics and pneumatics
• Assist with maintaining product flow through the plant as needed

• Mechanical aptitude
• Prior experience with mechanical maintenance preferred
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn or enhance skills through on‑the‑job training
• Strong work ethic
• Safety mindset
