- Operate all equipment.
- Stock Ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders.
- Clean equipment and facility continuously.
- Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
- Responsible for food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
- Responsible for labor accountability and employee productivity.
- Responsible for all cash handling and accuracy.
- Responsible for coaching and training all employees in all areas.
- Responsible fro maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
