In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Infrastructure Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Infrastructure Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

- In this role, you will:

• Platform Operations Leadership:
Lead day to day Kubernetes and Open Shift platform operations, including cluster maintenance, upgrades, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Incident Response & Problem Management:
Serve as an operational lead during incidents, driving rapid diagnosis, resolution, root cause analysis, and long term corrective actions.

• Operational Automation:
Develop or enhance automation (Python, Bash, Git Ops workflows, or AI assisted tools) that eliminates manual effort and streamlines run processes.

• Open Shift Platform Readiness:
Lead Open Shift cluster lifecycle activities, including new cluster builds, configuration, onboarding, upgrades, and cluster decommissioning, ensuring consistency, reliability, and compliance across environments.

• Collaboration & Enablement:
Partner with engineering, SRE, security, and development teams to implement repeatable operational patterns, guardrails, and platform readiness standards.

• Security, Compliance & Governance:
Ensure platform operations follow organizational policies, security standards, audit controls, and regulatory requirements.

• Continuous Improvement:
Identify operational gaps, recurring issues, or inefficiencies and lead initiatives to enhance reliability, resiliency, and operational maturity.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Systems Operations, Cloud Operations, or Technology Architecture experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Kubernetes or Open Shift platform operations

• 3+

Experience with Open Shift platform management and lifecycle operations

• 2+ years of Linux system operations experience

• 2+ years of experience with containerization technologies (Docker or similar)
