Substitute Teacher Part Time

The Substitute Teacher is a qualified professional educator who meets the requirements to substitute teach in a Catholic School of the Diocese of Orlando.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Substitute Teachers must maintain a safe, orderly and secure learning and working environment.
• Substitutes may be required to substitute for multiple teachers/classrooms during the school day or they may be assigned to one teacher's schedule and classroom.
• Employee is never to leave the class unattended.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Practicing Catholic preferred.
• Compliance with Diocesan FBI fingerprint clearance and compliance with Safe Environment training requirements; and appropriate Florida State Teaching Certification.
