Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The role involves managing repair orders, providing excellent customer service, supporting technicians, and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a professional appearance, and experience in service and sales roles.
Qualifications include a friendly demeanor, proven success in customer service, self-motivation, and a valid driver’s license. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Software is preferred. We offer a supportive environment with growth opportunities.
