Job Description: As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of apartment units and property facilities. Your primary duties will include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical appliances, plumbing, carpentry tasks, and assisting with grounds maintenance. You'll work closely with our maintenance team to ensure our properties are well-maintained and our residents receive top-notch service.



Job Duties :

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement as needed.
• Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units to prepare them for new residents.
• Assist in renovation projects to enhance the quality of our properties.
• Maintain the curb appeal of the community by assisting with grounds maintenance tasks.

• Must have your own tools and 1-2 years of handyman experience.
• Experience in appliance repair, including refrigerators, dishwashers, icemakers, and microwaves.
• Proficiency in handyman tasks, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and possess a strong work ethic.
• Reliable and dependable with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
