• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $8,470 - $9,080

• Location: New Ulm, MN – Southern Minnesota
• Practice Setting: Hospital/Medical Center – Single Coverage Emergency Room
• Contract Length: Ongoing locum tenens contract, starting March 9, 2026 (MN license required)
• Shifts: 12‑hour shifts (07:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00), mix of days and nights
• Shifts per Month: 6–8 shifts per month
• Hospital Bed Size: 11
• Patient Census: 15–25 patients per shift, all ages
• EMR: EPIC

• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (preferred), or Family Practice with significant emergency department experience
• Active Minnesota medical license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in emergency medicine, preferably at community hospital sites
• DEA registration
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, PALS, ATLS or CALS
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in Minnesota or neighboring states

• Deliver high‑quality emergency medical care to patients of all ages in a single coverage ER
• Efficiently manage a busy patient load with seasonal fluctuations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including RT, Psych, Teleintensivist, Ortho, Gen Surg, OB/GYN, CRNA, and mid‑level providers
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient management
• Participate in hospital orientation and credentialing processes
