Windings, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our on-site New Ulm, MN team. This position partners with Engineering and Production to solve problems, improve processes, and support new equipment and projects on the shop floor.
Ideal candidates have a 2-year technical degree, 3–5 years in manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, and hands-on troubleshooting skills. Solid Works experience and familiarity with SPC/DOE are a plus.
