Seasoned Ag-Commercial Lender

We are looking for a Seasoned Ag-Commercial Lender to join Bank Midwest, one of Minnesota’s major community‑banking institutions. The successful candidate will build and manage long‑term relationships with commercial and agricultural clients, providing financial analysis and loan solutions that support local agriculture and business growth.

• Build long‑term relationships with commercial and agricultural clients by providing extensive financial analysis and guidance on business practices.
• Develop new business, underwriting, structuring, and closing of commercial and/or agricultural loans.
• Maintain and service existing loan portfolio.

• Strong financial analytical skills with ability to provide sound business guidance.
• Originate, analyze, and service a variety of moderately complex commercial and/or agricultural loans.
• Successful sales process and ability to sell bank products and services.
• Strong self‑motivation, relationship‑building, and customer focus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Economics, or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of Ag and/or Commercial lending experience (preferred).
• Proven success in growing a loan portfolio through sound financial expertise and outstanding service.
