Job Description- Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.
- Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services (individual, family, and group therapy).
- Engage patients' social supports to improve functioning and outcomes.
- Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed.
- Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable.
