We’re repairing an exciting and rewarding career in Retail Management with a growing company. Our Manager Trainee Position is a paid, full‑time, hands‑on training program designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Menards Management.

As you progress through the Manager Trainee program, your General Management team, Department Managers and Store Team Members will work alongside you to develop your understanding of our business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the near future.

• Participate in on‑the‑job training and gain hands‑on experience in all aspects of store operations.
• Work with Department Managers and Store Team Members to develop leadership skills.
• Prepare for a future management role by learning about customer service, inventory, visual merchandising, budgeting, and team development.

• Motivated, goal‑oriented, innovative, and driven.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business‑related degree preferred.

• Extra $3 per hour on Saturdays / Sundays.
